Right now pure essence is at a very good price, You can make 200k an hour easily if you mine at the magic guild and a little less in varrock. Yew logs is surprisingly good for non-members since yews are at 450 each. Youll probably get 150k an hour and woodcutting xp if there was a good member spot. Plus all you need to mine pure ess is 20 mining so its easy. You should try later on when you are a higher combat to fight green dragons. They can get 300k and hour. Lastly I heard from a friend that nature running is good but im not sure. You might want to do a little research on that.

When i started merchanting I had 2k and in 2 Weeks i got it up to 108k and i loged in only once a day for not even 2 min. how did i do it? i’ll tell you:
1) First what you need to do is go to the GE (grand exchange) and purchase as many feathers as you can buy BUT BUY THEM AT LOWEST PRICE ONLY!!!! (curently thats only 5 gp)
2) Log in the next day (or at least 12 hours after you atempted to buy the feathers) and your offer should be made and you will have alot of feathers! YAY!!!!! But now you will have to sell them at 6gp each that gives you 1 gp for every feather…that may not seem like much but once you do it you will realize how much the profit is (ALOT!!!!!!!!!!)

i got rich picking flax and crafting them into bowstrings near seer’s village or if you have woodcutting you can cut yews which can make you decent money 3rd choice is mine adamant or gold maybe even essence final reason is fish lobs.

100 yews= 50k 1k yews 700k few days if you play a lot
100 lobs 40k 1k lobs 400K can take a long time but if you play a lot you get it fast
100 bowstring 10-20k 1k about 100-200k really fast about 30-2 hours
100 adamant 100k 1k adamant 1mill takes like a month
100 gold 10-30k 1k gold 300-600k takes once again really long time like few weeks
essence- 100- 5-k 1k essence 10k really fast but very little money

back to the question. i recommend choosing a skill, such as fishing or woodcutting. then just raise it to 60. once either is 60 fish lobbies, or woodcut yews. fishing racks in a lot of cash. make sure not to sell the fish cooked though (cooked fish cost less than raw)
